Recently visited Frini Furniture.
And not finding any real evidence of the furniture I looked at to be from Italy or made in Italy.
At best it is of Italian style and of less than good quality. The individual pieces I saw are made in Asia, however the rude and not so intelligent young lady who followed me around continued to boast that if you purchased this made in Italy furniture there is no discount.
Italian manufacturers are required to display clearly the made in Italy label. Buyer be aware

I am very happy with the workmanship of the dining set I received from this company.
I was able to choose my finish and fabrics as well as added lumbar support on my dining chairs. These options simply are not available in the others stores I visited. I will certainly be going back to finish my living area once the new year arrives.

I have dealt with Frini Furniture for 10 years and have known them to be hands on to all their customers whether they spent money or not. I don't believe that anyone would be told they need to spend 20,000.00 or nothing. This is a furniture store that's been around for 30 years and for a high end store they have the best prices in town for the best quality furniture and I know for a fact they have the best customer service.

Honestly think that the people who wrote the 2 bad reviews have a personal grudge against this store! I recently made a purchase from this store and found the service to be so good. The staff were so polite and helpful and the product that sofa that I ordered was fantastic. I certainly did not spend a lot of money but they never treated me any different. Seriously people - this is a very professional establishment that I would high recommend!

Went in to purchase a sofa set. Was disgusted to hear a tall lanky sales person w/ glasses tell another customer that unless they spent 20k or more, they couldn't really do anything for them. A short while I heard him belittling his mother in front of other customers. I took this as a warning sign indicative of the service i can only imagine they provide. I turned around and walked out completely put off by this behaviour.

If you want authentic Italian furniture, look elsewhere. This company buys fine China furniture. Service extremely poor. Owner Richard belittles his Mom in front of customers. Also has no qualms about tellin g you that unless you're spending 20k and up, you'll get nothing from them. They also demand pmt in full before you even inspect their furniture. Been over a month and i'm still waiting for them to fix my furniture. One place you are guaranteed the ring-around. Reporting to the BBB.
