Had my $4000 sofa set replaced after 3 months for seating with major wrinkles when you get up...delivered a new one and now after 6 months, same issues along with oliing, back cushions sagging etc...company will not replace again for same issues but offering to "repair" which will get me by until my warranty expires!! I will NEVER buy another Trend-Line again!! I have to add that we are not over weight, no young children and take care of everything we own.

When I got their furniture set from one of the stores, they said the normal delivery time is only 4-6 weeks but it actually took more than 10 weeks. I wrote a complain email but they didn't do anything. Horrible customer service.

Trendline Furniture is over priced furniture, that does not stand up to normal usage/ware. Their service department is not helpful. Better off to buy cheap off shore furniture where you know will have to replace it, not like trendline furniture that you believe are buying quality furniture, since it is made locally. Well you would be wrong. Stay away.

It is over priced furniture, that does not stand up to normal usage/ware. Their service department is not helpful. Better off to buy cheap off shore furniture where you know will have to replace it, not like trendline furniture that you believe are buying quality furniture, since it is made locally. Well you would be wrong. Stay away.
